SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 3-5 business days for packing and shipping. 
Estimated shipping times to United States: First Class Mail 5-7 Business days. Priority mail 2-3 business days
Estimated International Shipping: 30-90 days 
 
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
 
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please double check your order and make sure you have selected to correct sizes and colors. If you are not sure about what size or color to buy please message us for additional photos, videos and information
 
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Beads on strands must be returned on strands. We will not accept loose beads that have been cut off of their strands. Any packaged goods that have been opened will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your own expense.
